God bless FedEx and it's early delivery schedule, UPS doesn't deliver until 5 or 6 at night.
I've been debating about whether to get a kindle for a long while now. I've been using the kindle app on my iPad and reading much more than I used to. BUT . . . that 1.33 pounds is really putting a kink in my wrist. Don't get me wrong, I still love my iPad more. The 8.5 ounces of the kindle makes it easy to hold for long periods of time. I'm also a big fan of that fact that you can read outside with the kindle. I'll be much more willing to take the kindle with me as well.
If it breaks I cry, the iPad breaks I wallow in self pity for days.
I'm even more excited about the case I ordered as well. I wanted to keep it light weight, but protect it a bit and personalize it. So I ordered this Gelaskin. I was excited to see Cosmo Cricket designed some skins - I think I've shot this paper for an article for Cards.
Now, I have to get to work and stare at my pretty new toy . . . first on my list: Water for Elephants.
